iXpand in use by another app

  • Whenever I try to access my first gen SanDisk iXpand from the app, I get a message saying that the drive is in use by another app. This happens both with and without the iXpand app running, with and without granting the iXpand app access, even with and without it even being installed. What's the deal? Is the first gen not supported (if so, why does it have a folder icon?)?
