  • @Support Can you check the info I gave above? Thanks! I hope the problems can be fixed. Sorry for tagging because you didn’t respond. All other players don’t satisfy me due to either UI or subtitle/font support. Only nPlayer fits my requirements.

We can't identify the issue you mentioned.
Please check if decoder is hardward or reinstall the app.
    http://help.nplayer.tv/en/36-2/playing/decoderqthwsw/

In order to figure out the problem exactly, more detailed information is needed. Please describe more detail about your devices, iOS version. And your sample file would help us. If you can, in order to test in the most similar conditions to those where you did, please upload your sample file to ftp://test.newin.co.kr or give us your file link. When we get the sample, we will check the file and try to find out what the problem is.

  • @support I have uploaded the file onto the ftp server. The file is the 5.9G one. Jump to around 5:18 (strangely, sometimes if it’s 5:14 or earlier around, the video just freezes until 5:18 and starts playing. Is it a sector problem of some sort?) and the video will have a heavy pause for around a second during 5:23 to 5:30 (approximately). I’m using iPhone 7, iOS 11.2.2, newest nPlayer (ver 3.8.2), decoder is hardware. The pause happens many times throughout the whole duration.

The built-in player in Documents by Readdle doesn’t have seeking problems, nor stuttering for that video
